So here are a few hand-picked games by PCWorld India for the iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad.

First Touch Soccer

Monster Dash

If you have a quirky sense of humor and are a fan of killing zombies, mummies, vampires and werewolves, then you shouldn't miss Halfbrick?'s Monster Dash. The simple run-for-your-life gameplay, Halfbrick'?s typical cartoony graphics and a badass hero Barry Steakfries? are the USP?s of Monster Dash.

Monster Dash is compatible with all iOS devices running 3.1 or later and is available for USD 0.99 (approx Rs.45) on the iTunes store.

Dead Space

The unique over-the-shoulder third person action, atmospheric environments, eerie sounds and necromorphs found a lot of fans for the Windows PC/Xbox 360/PS3 action shooter Dead Space. When EA created the same game for iOS devices, it created a lot of pre-release hype.

The game lives up to the console/PC counterpart and provides you with the same amount of thrill you witnessed while playing the game on a larger screen.

Go ahead and purchase the HD version of the game for USD 9.99 (Rs 450) for iPad/iPad 2 and the SD version for USD 6.99 (Rs 315).

Air Penguin

This top-down view game has an animated penguin jumping from one slab of ice to another as you tilt the device in any direction. Miss the jump and you risk being eaten by a shark!

Air Penguin, created by Gamevil Inc., manages to bring a smile to your face with minimalistic controls, simple gameplay and beautiful colors jumping out of your screen. It is an absolute delight to play this game.

Jump your way to the iTunes store and purchase the game for just USD 0.99 (Rs. 45).

Kami Retro

If your eyes are not sensitive to gaudy colors, you don't mind Lego Blocks style animations and you loved Super Mario, then you are bound to like Kami Retro as well. The only difference is that Kami Retro, developed by Gamevil Inc., is ironically the evil twin brother of Nintendo'?s Super Mario.

The objective in Kami Retro is to guide troopers through levels filled with obstacles, collecting stars on the way to the exit portal almost similar to the premise of Super Mario.
