Force One launch Two more Models in 2012

Force Motors has launched their new car, Force One, on August 19, 2011 in Mumbai. The car was launched by the superstar Amitabh Bachchan. Force Motors has launched Force One with a single variant. But as per our sources Force Motors has announced the two new variants of Force One SUV by 2012. The current variant has been launched with only diesel model with a powerful diesel engine. The Force One price is Rs. 10.65 lakhs at ex-showroom Mumbai. The price may be same or may slightly differ in other ex-showrooms of other cities.

As per the Force One specifications , The Force One SUV has been made in such a way that it can run with high speeds in desert and high altitudes. Also a unique feature included in the Force One SUV is that the car can can start at -21 degree centigrade temperature. Other features of the car includes that the car has a powerful 2.2 litres common rail turbo diesel engine which can produce a power of 140 PS and a torque of 315 Nm. Some more features of the car reveals that the car has a dual mass flywheel, a low friction gearbox, high torque density, CED coated chassis, rack and pinion steering, three row seating, armrest with cup holders, etc. The rear row can be folded to increase the space for the baggage.



The spare wheel is fitted under the body. The steering present in the new Force One SUV is leather wrapped with audio controls present on it. Each seating row has dual air conditioner vents. The fuel capacity of the tank is 70 litres. The length of the new Force One is 4860 mm, width is 1780 mm, and height is 1885 mm with a wheel base of 3025 mm. Along with all these features Force One SUV was tested on British speedways and the suspension has been tuned for India by Lotus Motors. The company has announced the launch of Force One 4x4 by March 2012 and the ABS version of the car is announced after the launch of 4x4. The main competitors of the new Force One is Tata Safari, Mahindra Scorpio and other SUVs.

Force One SUV at Rs10.65 lakh

Today Force Motors has finally launched its most awaited SUV Force One in the Indian car market in Mumbai. This brand new SUV is marked as foray of Force Motors in the personal vehicle segment. Bollywood legend Amitabh Bachchan has launched this new SUV. Force Motors has launched its SUV only in one variant. Talking about Force One price, this new SUV is tagged at Rs 10.65 lakh (ex showroom Mumbai).

Earlier there were rumors that Force Motors brood over the probability to pile out sedans and hatchbacks in India. Now with this launch of Force One SUV the company has cleared the air and affirmed that right now they are not interested in piling out sedans and hatchback in the Indian car market. Talking about Force One specifications this new SUV is fixed with a 2.2 litre common rail turbo diesel engine which will generate a power of 140ps and the maximum torque of 315 Nm. For good suspension on the Indian roads this all new SUV uses Lotus Engineering. Force One also offers a class in segment ground clearance of 205 mm and posses a fuel tank having the capacity of 70 litres. Force One features include a rack and pinion steering, third row folds to generate more boot space, on board computer monitors 15 process and electronics are validated by Mercedes Benz.



In addition to this a audio control mounted on steering , dual AC vents and cruise control are also present in the new Force One SUV. It has a seating capacity of 5 d and 6 d. As far as external dimensions are concerned the all new Force One has a overall length of 4860 mm, width of 1780 mm and Height of 1885 mm. However the wheel base is of 3025 mm size. The all new Force One review reveals that this new SUV will run on deserts and high altitudes with same pungency as on plain roads. Furthermore, it can also start and runs at -21 degrees centigrade and posses a low friction gearbox with high torque density. Force Motors blazoned that the company will roll out the 4X4 variant of Force One by March 2012, however the ABS variant will hit the Indian soil after 4X4.

Force One price in India

Force Motors is one of the major player in manufacturing light commercial vehicle in India. Now Ford India is planning to make an entry in the personal vehicle market with its sports utility vehicle named as Force One. Earlier Force One launch is expected to be scheduled by the end of July, but now it is assumed that Force India will deliver its first SUV Force One in the Indian market in the month of August. Force India also launch a new logo for the personal vehicle segment. As per the sources Force One is likely to be the best SUV in the segment as company is going to make its debut in the consumer car segment Force India is paying lots of efforts and doing research to make it comparable to Indian road condition.


The looks of new Force One are likely to be very aggressive and robust which would surely catch the eye of SUV car lovers. Apart from its sexy look the interiors of SUV is very much spacious and comfortable as enough leg space is provided in all the three rows. Also the new Force One features a dual-vents air-conditioning for all three rows, steering mounted audio controls and Multi-information display. With these additional features it is expected that Force One will give the driving experience of luxury car. This new SUV Force One is likely to be affixed with a 2.2 litre 140PS sourced common rail diesel engine which is quite same of the engine used in Tata Safari. Upcoming cars expected to hit Indian roads in July 2011


As per the latest updates, Indian auto market is going to witness many new cars in the upcoming months. Due to hike in petrol prices, it has been speculated that a wide range of diesel cars will be launched on Indian shores. Recent launch of Toyota Etios Liva on 27 June was the biggest success and launch of more cars ranging from hatchback to SUVs is on cards. The list of most awaited cars that are expected to be launched in July 2011 include Force One, Chevrolet Beat diesel and new Ford Fiesta. Ford India’s new Ford Fiesta is the most awaited sedan car expected to be launched in July, this year.


This sedan car is expected to become a benchmark in the history of sedan cars due to its overwhelming features such as cruice control, semi-automatic climate control, voice-activated control, rear parking sensors, Bluetooth connectivity and USB ports for iPods. Sources have unveiled that Ford Fiesta will hit Indian roads in both of its diesel and petrol variants giving a mileage of 23.5 Kmpl and 17 Kmpl respectively.

Ford Fiesta is expected to give direct threat to the already established players such as Volkswagen Vento, Honda City, etc. Another upcoming car which is in lime light these days is Chevrolet Beat diesel, expected to be launched on Indian shores by this July. Relevant sources have speculated that this small car will mark the beginning of a new era in the hatchback segment as it is the first 3 cylinders diesel version hatchback car to ponder in this segment.


Chevrolet Beat diesel is expected to sport a 1,248cc multijet engine giving an excellent mileage of 24 Kmpl and its price tag is anticipated to range between 3-5 Lakh. Chevrolet Beat diesel is expected to heat up the hatchback segment giving competition to other small cars such as Ford Figo, Hyundai i20, Skoda Fabia, etc.

Most awaited SUV, Force One is also expected to make its debut this July.
