Android 3G mobile Sony Ericsson XPERIA Duo coming in India

The Sony Ericsson mobile manufacturing company has announced that the mobile manufacturing company is planning to launch a new Android Touch bar mobile phone in India and that is Sony Ericsson XPERIA Duo. The mobile will be release on this year end. The Sony Ericsson mobiles are having good price tag. The Sony Ericsson XPERIA Duo price in India has not been confirmed yet

The Sony Ericsson XPERIA Duo features are representing Sony Ericsson technology. The Touch bar model is to come with 3G network. The operating system of the model is Android v2.3 upgrade OS. The mobile has Dual core processor. Face Book, YouTube with upload, Picasa and twitter social networking services are well enabled in the mobile. FM radio, Multiple MP3 player and Multiple MP4 player are available for entertainment. Messaging communication and Email with IMAP, POP3, SMTP and Microsoft exchange services are also added. GPS service comes with A-GPS support. HTML and Flash internet browsers are well enabled in this mobile phone.

The Sony Ericsson XPERIA Duo specifications are so nice. The Touch bar mobile is having GSM 850/900/1800/1900 MHz frequencies and HSDPA 900/2100 MHz 3G frequencies. The mobile has touch capacitive display screen. Display size is 4.3/4.5 inches with TFT color display. Multi touch input method feature and Accelerometer, Proximity, Compass or Light sensors are also added.

The front camera of the mobile has 2592x1944 pixels pictures capturing capacity and 1920x1080 pixels video recording. DLNA wireless protocol, Bluetooth, GPRS and Wi-Fi connectivity’s are well enabled in the mobile. Internal and external memory options are also added. 3G network services are working at HSDPA 21 Mbps speed and HSUPA 5.76 speed. The standard Li-ion battery of the mobile is providing excellent talk time service.

Sony Ericsson XPERIA Duo Leaked

We all know that in most likelihood Sony Ericsson is due to launch its own dual-core Android offering at some point. This is widely tipped to be named the Xperia duo, which has already been trademarked by the company.



Now we have what is believed to be the first picture of the Xperia duo. It looks like a stretched out Xperia arc, with a near edge-to-edge front display and a similar three button set up on the bottom. Judging by the picture, we’d expect this to be running a 4.5-inch display compared to the 4.2-inch Xperia arc. It also seems a bit rounder in shape (almost HTC-esque) compared to the more angular Xperia arc. Of course, this image may very well be fake, however hopefully it won’t be too long before we start to see some concrete information. Check out a larger picture after the jump.
